Low GPS accuracy alert

Once a user has arrived at a location with an active safety plan and checked in, the mobile phone signal may be a disrupted due to:

– Buildings, trees

– Indoor or underground use.

– Signals reflected off buildings or walls.

As a result, a ‘Low GPS accuracy’ tag is displayed on your location position. Once a stronger GPS signal is acquired, this tag will disappear.

In low signal environments, consider switching to WIFI for a stronger GPS signal.
