On the [Sign In] screen, select [Forgot password].

Enter the mobile phone number associated with your account, and you will be sent an SMS, with a link to reset your account.

You will be asked to create and confirm your new password.

Then sign in using the new password.

You can acquire a subscription to Core Lite in the App Store or in Settings, Subscriptions inside the app.

Subscriptions are available for monthly or annually time periods. Go annual and saving yourself 20% a month. You will be immediately upgraded to the annual subscription.

The remaining monthly term will be pro rata refunded.

If you downgrade your subscription from annual to monthly, the subscription continues until the next renewal date, then is renewed at the monthly level and price.

Promo code

Where you see valid promo codes, you can use these when creating a subscription.

Canceling

Subscriptions are managed in the App Store.

If you cancel your subscription, you must do so more than 24 hours prior to the renewal date. For further, see App Store policies.

To change the account password, go to [Settings].

Select [Account].

Select [Change Password].

At a minimum password must have one capital letter, one symbol, one number or digit.

Input the old password, create a new password and confirm it.

When signing into Core Lite next time, use the new password.

At this time Core Lite is only available in English.

The accuracy of your location on an online map, may be affected by:

– Interference from buildings and the environment

– Indoor or underground use

– Mobile phone provider service

– Atmospheric conditions

– User handset
