By activating Help, you have notified one or more contact(s) listed in your Safety Plan or selected them when activating Help.

What happens

– Full name

– Phone number

– Safety plan if created, inclusive of:

– Location

– Any additional notes you made about the location

– Who you were meeting with

– How long you expected to be at the location

– Number of contacts to notify for help

– Live location

– Battery %

– Altitude

Contacts can view your live location, depending on your phone configuration, for up to 16 hours (depending on the configuration of the smart phone).

Keeping contact(s) in the loop

When you activate Help, once a contact has been in touch, select the button [Update all contact replied]. This sends an SMS to selected contacts to let them know at least one person has been in touch with you.
