Safety tips for meeting people at night.

Meetings at night can increase the risk for the unfamiliar.

There are more variables, nights, alcohol, drugs, behavioral changes.

Actions to consider include:

– Walk around an address to familiarize yourself with the surrounds.

– Be escorted by another person until you are in a taxi.

– Book a taxi from / to the next location.

– At a venue and if you are not familiar with the surrounds, ask people about the local area. Local knowledge is gold.

– When you leave a location, go to the sharing module in Core Lite. Select the Live to Destination, live sharing feature. Your contact(s) are sent an SMS, where they can view your live location, and receive an SMS, when you arrive to your end destination.
